Last updated July 29, 2026
This policy explains how Nullforge Security Inc. handles personal data when you visit our public website, contact us, explore opportunities, or follow links to our services.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the public website at nullforge.net. Hive, Swarm, customer engagements, researcher programs, recruitment platforms, and other Nullforge services may provide additional privacy notices or contractual terms that apply to their own processing.
Nullforge Security Inc. is the personal information controller for personal data processed through this website. We are based in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
Personal data we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. Your name, organization, work contact details, inquiry, correspondence, and any information you choose to send when contacting us.
- Recruitment information. Application details, résumé, work history, and related materials when you apply through a recruitment channel linked from this website.
- Technical information. IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security logs generated when the website is accessed.
- Third-party interactions. Information generated when you use embedded or linked services, such as maps, publication platforms, application forms, bot protection, communications tools, or product portals. Those providers may also process data under their own policies.
We do not use this public website to sell personal data or deliver behaviorally targeted advertising.
How and why we use personal data
We process personal data only for legitimate and specified purposes, including to:
- respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- evaluate and manage job applications;
- operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- measure site reliability and understand aggregate usage;
- prevent abuse, investigate security events, and protect our rights; and
- meet legal, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.
Depending on the context, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or Nullforge’s legitimate interests where these do not override your rights.
When we share information
We may share limited personal data with vendors that support hosting, content delivery, communications, analytics, maps, recruitment, security, and website operations. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or a successor organization where required by law or a legitimate corporate transaction.
Contact-form submissions are checked for automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile and forwarded to Nullforge’s private Slack workspace so an authorized team member can respond by email. The public website does not maintain a separate inquiry database.
Service providers may process information only for the work they perform for Nullforge and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
International processing
Some service providers may store or process information outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, Nullforge remains accountable for the transfer and uses contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the data and the destination.
How long we keep information
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including applicable legal, security, contractual, and dispute-resolution requirements. As a general operating standard:
- general inquiries are retained for up to two years after the last meaningful interaction;
- unsuccessful recruitment records are retained for up to two years after the relevant role closes, unless a different period is agreed;
- routine website and security logs are retained for up to twelve months; and
- records required for legal, tax, contractual, or security purposes may be retained longer.
Information in backups is removed through our normal backup-retention cycle.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use technologies required for security, performance, preferences, and core functionality. If Nullforge introduces non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, we will provide appropriate notice and controls where required. You can also restrict cookies through your browser, although some features may not work as intended.
How we protect information
Nullforge applies organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we review safeguards according to the nature and risk of the processing.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable limitations, you may have the right to be informed, access your data, object to processing, correct inaccurate data, request erasure or blocking, obtain data portability, seek damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity and understand the request.
Children’s privacy
This public website is intended for professional and organizational audiences and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this website without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address it.
